Return and replacement window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered. Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos; an unboxing video helps us resolve your request faster.
Conditions
- The extinguisher must be unused, with the safety pin and seal intact, in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Used or discharged extinguishers, or products damaged by misuse, cannot be returned.
How to request a return
- Email online@varistor.in or call +91 9008218911 with your order number, the issue and photos.
- We’ll confirm within 2 business days and arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
- After inspection, we’ll send a replacement or process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched.
